Keep your email up to date

We send out important messages such as appointment reminders and office closure notices via email and want you to get the memo! Keep your email up to date in our system so we can keep you in the loop.

Our text message appointment reminders are an easy and convenient way to keep your busy schedule on track. No missed calls, no voicemails, just the data you need, when you need it!

Refer a friend, family or coworker

Keep your wellness records up to date

Our doctors recommend wellness testing for all our patients. These tests can be performed at your annual eye exam. Click here to learn more about our Wellness tests.

Give 24 hour notice for cancellations

We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs, and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. Please give us 24 hour notice if you know you will not be able to come in for your scheduled appointment time so that we have the opportunity to see another patient in need of care!
