Patients are taking advantage of our Saturday hours 7:30am - 3pm and our lunch-time appointments from 10-2 and Tuesday and Thursday evenings after after 7pm! Our Cumberland, Coventry & Providence locations are accepting appointments as well!
There are many alternate routes inside the surrounding neighborhoods that can also be very helpful. Thank you for your patience as we all navigate this difficult time. Approaching Warren Ave from Donnelly St seems to be best course of action.
From Pawtucket Ave take Hazelwood Ave > Brightridge Ave > Lena St > Donnelly St is a favorite “cut through” for our staff and locals alike.

Wellness Testing
at The Brown Center
The EasyScan is capable of capturing high resolution images of your eyes. Your eye doctor will use these retinal images to help assess the health of your eyes and overall body health. Easy Scan uses technology that can detect the presence of inflammatory plaques in the eye that may signal the presence of brain disease or if one is at risk for degeneration. This technology was developed to find “Blue Light” damage in the Macula, but researchers found that it also reveals fluorescent plaques in the retina. Read more…
Vision Therapy

As behavioral optometrists, we feel, in many instances, that we are able to make a major impact in the course of a child’s development. It is our passion for influencing the relationship between learning and vision that fuels our commitment to all of our pediatric patients. Our Vision Therapy sessions, including Orthoptics (Vision Rehabilitation) and visual perceptual development, are scheduled weekly through most of the school year.
